Pat Stull

Pat has been engaged in the real estate, building and developing business for 30 years.

In 1972 Pat began his building career by joining his brother in Stull Construction where they built single family homes, multifamily projects and commercial buildings. Pat started his own construction company in 1980 to develop property, primarily townhouse projects.

In 1986 Pat received a New Mexico Real Estate License and in 1994 Pat acquired a Colorado Real Estate License and began his real estate career in Durango. Pat joined The Wells Group in 1998.
